Cheese Steak Egg Rolls
- 1[sliced]onion

- 5oz[diced]cheese

- 3tbspbutter
plus 2 tbsp
- 1egg yolk
- 20pcswon ton wraps
substitute with egg roll wraps
- 1/4lbroast beef
thin sliced
- 1tbspgarlic salt
- 1tsponion powder
Directions:

- Heat a pan over medium heat. Add 2tbsp butter and onions. Cook slowly until onions are soft and lightly browned.
- Add garlic salt and onion powder
- Cut beef into thin strips and add to the pan until fully cooked.
- Remove from heat and cool to room temperature. Add cheese and mix well.
- Lay out won ton wraps on work surface and divide mixture evenly between wraps.
- Brush edges of wraps with a small amount of egg yolk. Roll won ton wrap to create an egg roll shape. Fold in ends, then press edges of wrap together.
- In a fresh pan, heat 3tbsp butter over medium high heat until foam subsides. Add rolls and cook until golden brown on all sides.
- Cut in half diagonally and serve with your favorite sauce.
