Steak Bake
- 3c[sliced]potato
red or Yukon gold
- 1.5lbchuck steak
- 1tbspbutter
- 1pktonion soup mix
Directions:

- Preheat oven to 375°
- Cut meat into serving pieces and slice potatoes.
- On foil, in shallow baking pan, arrange potatoes, then meat. Top with butter and sprinkle with onion soup mix.
- Wrap loosely in foil sealing edges airtight with double fold
- Bake 1 hour or until potatoes are tender
