Funfetti Gooey Cookies

• Using electric mixer, beat cream cheese and butter until smooth.
• Add in egg and continue mixing.
• Add in cake mix, beat until combined.
• Stir in sprinkles.
• Chill dough about 1 hour.
• Preheat oven to 350° & line baking sheet with parchment paper.
• Form dough into 1" balls & roll in powdered sugar.
• Place on baking sheet about 2" apart and bake 10 minutes.
• Allow to cool on baking sheet for 2-3 minutes, then transfer to wire rack to cool completely.

Can substitute cake mix for different flavors, like Betty Crocker super moist strawberry or lemon or chocolate. Substitute sprinkles with chocolate chips or candy bites
