Cheese Steak Egg Rolls

Directions:

  1. Heat a pan over medium heat. Add 2tbsp butter and onions. Cook slowly until onions are soft and lightly browned.
  2. Add garlic salt and onion powder
  3. Cut beef into thin strips and add to the pan until fully cooked.
  4. Remove from heat and cool to room temperature. Add cheese and mix well.
  5. Lay out won ton wraps on work surface and divide mixture evenly between wraps.
  6. Brush edges of wraps with a small amount of egg yolk. Roll won ton wrap to create an egg roll shape. Fold in ends, then press edges of wrap together.
  7. In a fresh pan, heat 3tbsp butter over medium high heat until foam subsides. Add rolls and cook until golden brown on all sides.
  8. Cut in half diagonally and serve with your favorite sauce.
